Ah, you guys. This was one of my absolute favorite sessions of summer 2019.
Every time we head back to California, I try to fit in a few sessions and our last visit did not disappoint. Five sessions in one week. It was a bit of a doozy, but oh, so worth it.
It was a gorgeous summer evening. The kind where the setting sun washes warmly over your skin, as it dips behind the hills. The kind where you battle beads of sweat and endless gnats, but also revel in the golden light that leads way to the peachy sunset.
For an hour before last light, we frolicked amongst the brush. Alone. In the quiet. Seeing only the occasional hiker and sometimes, a rabbit as it scurried on its way. They danced and cuddled, laughed and played. And I just took pictures of it all.
It was the type of session that leaves you breathless and filled with gratitude. Gratitude for amazing clients. For a job you love. For beautiful places. For warm sun. So grateful.
Here are a few of my favorite photos from this steamy couples sesh.
